Rachel Webb

Rachel’s passion for health and fitness began at a very young age with numerous family walking and mountain biking holidays. Sport has always been the focus of Rachel’s life having competed at regional level in both netball and tennis. Rachel now splits her time between practising Physiotherapy and helping people achieve their goals through personal training.

Siobhan Docksey

Siobhan’s passion for health and fitness became her main focus since school, playing Hockey at club and county level along with Tennis, Swimming, Football and Skiing. Combined with her desire to help people and fascination of the human body, she went on to study a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy at the University of Central Lancashire. Since graduating in 2013, Siobhan has worked in Rugby Union, ladies football and with the private sector. Siobhan found her niche within private practice and is now splitting her time between helping people overcome their injuries and also helping clients achieve their potential as a personal trainer.

Aimee Knight

Aimée decided from a young age Sports Therapy was the career path she wanted to venture down after receiving extensive treatment herself. She has worked in professional sport for over 3 years up to championship football standard, where she continues to gain experience with athletes with varying injuries. Aimée also has a background working within Sports Nutrition for 5 years where a holistic approach to injury was further promoted. Alongside all the knowledge and experience within her field Aimée brings enthusiasm and positivity through to all her clients as she is passionate about getting you back to full fitness!

Charlie Bowen

Since attaining both the sports massage and first aid qualifications, Charlie has worked as a massage therapist for both private clinics and for amateur to semi-professional sports teams as well as a pitch side first aider/therapist for Manchester Futsal Club, The University of Liverpool and Wigan Athletic FC Academy. Charlie joined Pro-Fit Physiotherapy in May 2016 as a Graduate Sports Therapist with extensive voluntary experience throughout the years of her degree in a variety of environments including: St Helens RFC, Accrington Stanley FC Academy, Lymm Hockey Club, Robbie Fowler’s FC Academy, Southport and Ormskirk Hospital and Hydrotherapy. Charlie also regularly attends event work and has recently been involved in the London Marathon and the Wigan 10K. She is currently undergoing her Master’s degree (MRes Sports Therapy) at Edge Hill University based at Everton FC Academy researching injury screening, risk factors and prevention

Faye Suddart

Faye has always wanted to work in a profession where she could have a positive impact on people’s lives and her interest in health and fitness made Sports Therapy the perfect career path. Throughout her time at university she worked with multiple professional sports teams, including St Helens RFC and Everton FC, as well gaining experience working in private clinic. Upon graduation she was offered a job as a Sports Therapist for Everton Ladies FC first team, where she works part time along-side her role within Pro-Fit Physiotherapy.

Charlie Baker

Charlie has had a passion for sport and fitness since a young age, having trained and competed in martial arts for over 10 years as well being active in various other sports. This passion, as well as years of coaching, sparked an interest in Injury prevention and rehabilitation. Charlie has had experience working with professional men’s football and rugby players, Liverpool karate academy as well as recently completing an internship in professional football. Charlie has a strong desire to help people overcome injury’s affecting everyday life, as well as maximise sporting potential.

Daniel Morris

Daniel is a Graduate Sport Rehabilitator who specialises in musculoskeletal conditions. He graduated from the University of Salford with a first class honours in 2014 and is also currently working towards a masters in Sport Injury Rehabilitation. Daniel’s previous experiences range from working in a full time roll within professional football at Fleetwood Town football club and also working in private sport injury clinics. Daniel is currently a keen runner and gym goer aiming to maintain fitness around work. Daniel also enjoys playing football, badminton, squash and occasionally snooker (if that is a sport!). Daniel has worked with a wide scope of patients from his professional football days to your general population’s back pain, neck pain, knee pain etc! Daniel’s has a specific enjoyment in treating runners of all abilities and has extensive experience in gait analysis, strength for runners, running related injury and load management in runners.

Louisa Thornhill

Louisa has always been involved in a sporting and active lifestyle since a young age, competing in Hockey at county level. Since she stopped competing Louisa’s passion shifted to Sports Therapy and varies over an extensive field as she has worked in football up to semi-professional level, Netball, private clinics and Blackburn Rovers LFC during her time at university, as well as being involved within the London Marathon. She works closely with clients to optimise performance, implement injury prevention and rehabilitation to allow them to return to full fitness helping to increase athlete’s performance.
